1. Personal Data Protection Act
In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, on 13th December, Itamar Michael Friedländer (hereafter the Entity) declares that he is in complete compliance with current legislation on matters of personal data protection and hereby acknowledges the existence of files containing personal data, property of Itamar Michael Friedländer, for his own administrative, communicative and informational purposes.
2. Data voluntarily provided by the User
Users will only be requested to provide personal data that is needed for their general identification, and what is strictly necessary for rendering of services. This information will be used exclusively for providing an effective response or for rendering a service to the website user (hereafter the User). The website User gives his/her express, unequivocal consent, thereby authorizing the Entity to incorporate data provided through this medium into his files, and to process and use such data in the exercise of functions, as stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, on 13th December. The website User who has provided his/her data, expressly agrees to receive information related to the Entity that may be of interest to him/her, except in the case that he/she notifies the Entity, at the address indicated, or his/her nonacceptance thereof.
3. Security Protocol
This website adopts the highest security measures for ensuring the confidentiality of User communications. Communications initiated by the website User (including those that contain Personal Data), will be made through a secure server that uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), an Internet security standard. The secure server establishes an encrypted connection that is only intelligible between the User’s computer and the friedlander.es server itself. Therefore, the following conditions are guaranteed when using the SSL protocol: the User is communicating his/her data to the Entity’s server and not to any other website that tries to adopt its identity; and, the data travels between the User and the Entity’s server in an encrypted state, preventing third parties from reading or manipulating it.
4. Rights of the Interested Parties
The website User who provides personal data acknowledges that he/she can exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to such data, as established under Act 15/1999, by writing to Orthodontics Friedlander, Calle Puigmartí, 33, 08012 Barcelona (see legal notice).
